Yes, I remember film clips of the Bears using it well. Every once in a while you'll see it today, its not any better than other plays today because of the complicated defenses teams use.

Yes, in the Superbowl between the Los angeles Rams and the Steelers many many years ago Vince Ferragamo threw a
Flea -flicker or statue of liberty pass to Billy Waddy and almost won the game. It was awesome! I cannot remember the third player involved in the play.
