does anyone know if there is any late busses or trains around midnight ?! i cant see it on any websites anyone got any ideas ?

our train syetem shuts down by midnight. last train leaves about 9 i think.

i dont think busses are far behind.

journey time is around 3 hours by bus and train and car.
if you go by bus check out the mega bus it can be cheaper; it is also run by national express and is just normal coaches.
alternatively you can hire a car from 1 of the national companies and just leave it at your destination.

Simple, there arn't any
Think about it - its about five hours between the two cities. A coach leaving Inverness at midnight is going to be in Glasgow by 5am - not much use for anyone.
The last coaches and trains for the South leave the Highland capital about 1800/1830.
