Ok, I got this guys phone number last sunday(the 15th) but didnt have the courage to call until Friday. We only could talk for a couple minutes though because he had to go so he told me to call him the next day (saturday) but I was babysitting the whole day so I couldnt. Now its tuesday and I want to call him but I was just wondering If its been too long. We dont know each other extremely well.

Just give him a call and explain your situation. I've read that guys don't think it's "right" to call girls, they feel just as awkward as you do!

Go Ahead and call him.. No biggie if its later then what you wanted.. Just tell him that you been trying to call him and that so much has been going on.. But you know.. He could have tried to get a hold of you too.. The phone works both ways.. :) But if you really want to go for it.. Give him a call..

no i don't think it's to long. just call him and tell him that you've been really busy lately and didnt have the chance to call him on saturday because you were babysitting, and that you're sorry to have called so late. i'm pretty sure he'll be ok with it

thats good that you were so busy you couldnt call ..shows him ur not just waiting around the fone to call him..just call him today and say "hey..how was ur weekend? " act like nothing ...do not say SORRY I DIDNT CALL cus then it shows him you have been thinking about what hes thinking of you...if he asks just say "oh i was really busy this weekend so i didnt get a chance to call" be nice and if youre interested then show it but not too overbearing...but while youre waiting to see if a guy likes you..dont do what he says..do what you can and when you can....

Not too long... just be honest and upfront with him. Let him know that you were babysitting and wasn't able to call him. He will most likely be just as interested in you or more
because you don't seem desperate!

I would give him a call and apologize for not calling him Saturday, and see if things work out. If they don't, it's ok, like you said you didn't know each other extremely well.

its not to late. but if you wait for more then a week it will be so the best thing to do is call today or tommorrow. Besides if has why you didn't call say you had to babysit. which you did.

It's just a phone call. It doesn't really matter. Just call and explain that you had to babysit and couldn't call him when you said you would. He shouldn't care.

Its definitely not too late! I bet he's wondering where you went to and if you are still interested. Be honest, tell him you weren't available to call. If he's any type of good guy worth going after, he's understand!

If you like the person then go ahead and call him. Try not to blow him off too many times as thats a definite turn off.
