that happens to me quite a lot. even though im REALLY mad. should i practice yelling in a mirror or something?

Lol, I know EXACTLY what you mean! You're yelling at them so furiously and then out of no where you crack a smile! It's like,"WHAT! Am I bi-polar or something!?!"

I do it sometimes. I think I just get to a point where I am yelling so much that it gets to be funny and by then I have almost forgot what I was yelling about in the 1st place.

yeah, only when I'm yelling at my dog though - he's a huge bullmastiff with a really sad-looking wrinkled face, his name is Jack, and he's just so cute and when I yell at him he just gets these really sad eyes and I can't help but laugh at him ....
I can definitely yell at my little brother though - he pushes all of my buttons the wrong way. If you need some practice I will be happy to send him over for as long as you need him ... ;O)

Lol, I know just what you mean. I use to do that same thing. It hasn't happened in awhile though.
Don't practice in the mirror. You don't need to get yelled at. :o)

Sometimes, but I will occasionally smile if someone's yelling at me. I learned to bit my lip so I don't get in more trouble.

YES!! all the time, sometimes I'm in the middle of yelling at some random person and I start laughing at myself b/c I sound really dumb. augh, it gets so frustruating.

Yeah,it has happened to me usually around relatives. It might work but it takes practice.
