LMAO!! Any time I'm sick that crosses my mind. And I'm down with a bad cold today.

The pain that you have to endure is definitely not worth it.
Also the weight you lose in that way, you usually gain it back within a day or two. While you are sick, you won't be able to consume as much food but your body changes the way fat is burned so you won't lose as much weight. And as soon as you get well again, and start eating, the body takes time to change back to burning fat in the normal amount you used to burn before you got sick. So your weight will just sky rocket back up to how it was before you got sick.
Best way to lose weight is to just eat a little less than you normally do and excersize a lot. No pain no gain.

who wouldnt!! But after a couple of days of upchucking and losing a few pounds you tend to put it right back on when you get the stomach to actually keep something down!!

No, because that mindset if attached to the pleasure centers of my brain, could result in binging or using laxatives.

yea i do. Like when i puke or something i some times TRY to. It actuallly does help so when evr u have flu be happy, and take advantage of an easy opportunity to lose weight

Some people used to infect themselves with a tape worm to lose weight (tape worms are gross but curable).
