If you swivel your neck 360 degrees ,you won't have to swivel it in the other direction.I did once.I've been in heaven ever since.

Well i can't swivel my neck that much probabley 100 degrees in each direction at the most.
I turn my head slowly to lossen my neck

not possible a 360 degree swivel would not be accomplished because or necks only move 180.

You shouldn't roll your head in complete circles it can damage your neck. Just from side to side then backwards and forwards. And yes I do do that!

I try to massage it until it loosens up or put a warm cloth on it.
