No, but I do roll around the office on the chairs with castors on. This is possibly because I'm too lazy to get up and walk!

Where mine is i can only go half way round, so i have to do it twice that way it works out the same as spinning all the way round.

of course how else do you get rid of the headaches when yoo have been looking at the screen for too long!! Do it 3 times get dizzy for a short while and then once the dizziness has gone the whole headache has gone :D works (For me) every time!! :D

No - I raise it up to its highest point and pull the gas lift and go all the way done - its much more fun (less dizzy spells)

When I had to retire due to severe arthritis my boss commented on how I used to whizz around the floor on my chair and he presented it to me as a retirement present. I'm sitting on it now.

Yes, I have not had one since I retired, but it did give a feeling that I could control something, even if I could not control the amount of work being dumped on my desk
