Your eyebrow should start at the base of your nose, then should arch over the middle of your eye and end at the corner of your lid.

The easiest way to see this is by taking a pencil and holding it straight up against your nose and the inside part of your eye. This will give you your starting point. Then moving only the top of the pencil, move it to the center of your eye.the pencil should begin at the edge of ur nose, intersect ur pupil and the part where it intersects ur brow should be your arch. Moving the top again to the outer corner of your eye, it should intersect the corner and where the pencil ends is where your eyebrow should end.

to enhance your arch, just wax off or pluck or thread the hair on your arch, from below.dont touch the upper part of the brow. just chop off the stray hairs on the sides. that way u'll have a more defined arch.
and yeah, do use a shaping gel or wax to define your brows even more.

If you want to alter the shape or arch of your eyebrow, using pencil and/or powder is your best bet.

Find a powder or eyebrow pencil a shade lighter than your natural eyebrow color and use the pencil to make short, light strokes in the direction of your hair growth to fill in gaps and bare patches. Don't overdo it, though or your eyebrows will look drawn on. You may use a little eyebrow powder to thicken, if you like. Then, use an eyebrow brush to comb your eyebrows the way you like them, so that they appear neat and groomed.

Shu Uemura makes great eyebrow tools:

Also, to let your eyebrows grow back in (so that you can truly reshape them later), simply stop overplucking. Only pluck the few strays that are truly out of place and leave the rest.

Use an eyebrow pencil...I highly recommend Lumene brow pencil from CVS pharmacy. With light a short strokes you can naturally fill in your brows and make your arch steeper.

You would just have to take the arch a little further by trimming of a little more hair that leads up to the arch. But if you are not sure how to do this make sure that you go to a professional.

For the best results, you need to work w/ the brows you have. If you try to create an arch that exceeds your natural brow line, you will need to pencil in the rest of the brow to cover a bare spot. The other issue is that your brows should complement your features and face shape. Trying to duplicate someone else's brow shape w/o considering your own features is like wearing someone else's shoes no matter how poorly they fit.

At this point, I suggest you go to a salon to have your brows professionally shape. Bring photos w/ you & explain what you are trying to achieve and ask for her input. She can show you what will work best for you and set the shape which you can maintain at home.
