All that is required to be a hypocrite is to claim to have beliefs and opinions that your actions indicate are not so.

You do not have to have morals. You do not even have to have beliefs or opinions. Arguably if you had no opinions or morals then ANY statement of such a nature that you made would be hypocritical.

Likewise, there is no necessary moral predisposition to hypocrisy. If ignore all the puppies you see, you are just as much a hypocrite if you say you like to kick them as you are if you say you like to hug them.

Sure, hypocrisy is not limited to morality. But if you meant a moral hypocrite- absolutely... Everyone has morals on some level- even sociopaths abide by certain rights and wrongs and slip by without detection in society. So, i think yes.

Of course you can. Since "hypocrisy" means "The practice of professing beliefs, feelings, or virtues that one does not hold or possess; falseness", and "morals" means "personal principles, standards", all you have to do to be a hypocrite is to pretend to have morals, of any kind you choose.
