I've never been on a cruise while pregnant, but I did travel throughout my first pregnancy. Unless you are under some type of medical care, I don't think you should have any problems. I know that airlines, will not allow you to fly one you are I think either 32 or 36 weeks pregnant for fear of someone going into labor. But since you are 20 (give or take a few) weeks, you should be fine. The only concern I would have would be you getting sick due to the motion. Just check with your dr.. Have a fun and relaxing trip.. Also, if you inform your cruise line, they will probably be more accommodating to you. Even if you don't think you need it, let them take care of you, because when your new one pops out, you no longer will get the attention!

I wouldn't go. There is a flu bug (originally called Norwalk virus) that is associated with cruise lines. It's bad enough that it gets spread around here in the Winter (when Minnesotans tend to go on cruises), but at least you can try to avoid it by not going. Totally up to you, but I had it once and I was SO DAMN SICK it was unbelievable.

I haven't been on a cruise while pregnant but I do remember that at 5 months I was feeling great. Just stay hydrated and take a nap if you need to and don't overdo it. Have fun!

Drinking isn't an issue. you could get completely drunk and the baby still only get like 1/1000 or something of alcohol-very little.
I guess five months isn't too bad. Just listen to person no. one and you should be fine.
