i assume u have a tv
u can watch it on sky sports 1,2,3 and xtra and usually comes on saturday(replays) and sundays(live games) check everyweek as the times change
u can also follow it on channel 5 every tuesday at roughly 1.00am again check every week because they start at different times

Why would you want to?? What a disgrace that league is.
I'm sure you can get games live on the internet, you'll have to pay for it though.
