Neutering means removing the testes altogether, preventing a child from going through puberty. This was done in some cultures to set them apart from the population- those who were neutered were known as eunuchs or castrati.

No culture practices castration on newborns anymore, absent medical reasons like testicular cancer.

only male dogs are neutered although I'll admit I've met a few grown men that should be neutered I would never want to do it to a baby. My sons were all circumcised if that's what you mean.

If you mean circumcised (a procedure where the foreskin of the penis is removed), the answer is no, you do not have to have your baby boy circumcised. A sane doctor would never consider neutering a human baby boy. :-)

Is this question a way to make a statement against circumcision or are you really confused. There has got to be some sort of law against "neutering" a child!

I did neuter my baby boy! It was quite nice, actually. He developed a wonderful castretto voice, and participated in the Mormon Tabernacle Boys' Choir until the age of 28. The problem with it, though, is that it greatly deminishes my chance of having a grandson, whom I could also castrate. But, here's to hoping!!! (fingers crossed)

He did develop some fatty deposits throughout his body, and his muscle development is quite poor, but that can be alleviated with consistent shots of HGH and metabolic steroid.

Next week we are going in to have some tumors removed and have some chin hairs surgically inserted.

Neutered? Seriously? If I had a boy I would have him circumcised... But not neutered

Yes, I had both my little kitten boys neutered. Don't want no spraying nor more kittens. However, your question is more appropriate in the pet section.

I'll go on a whim here and pretend you're not a complete moron.

Are you referring to that one couple with the mentally handicapped child, "pillow angel" as they call her? She had her breast tissue and uterus removed.

I don't think I'd ever do that to my child, but I've never been in that situation before, so I can't judge them.

If it was a boy with the same set of handicaps as the "pillow angel" girl, then I'd see even less of a reason to.

To "neuter" (vasectomy) my son would render him unable to have children. Why would you do that your baby? If you meant to say "circumcise" then, yes, I did
