i agree...when i first heard, i was like are they on drugs...i dislike drew carey as well...he is not even funny!!!!

Drew Carey is certainly a hell of a lot better than Rosie O'Donnell, but a new face to the industry would've been a much better choice.
I'd like to see someone stick with the show as long as Bob Barker did. Bob was dedicated to The Price is Right, doing other things on the side from time to time. Drew Carey seems to have several things going on at once right now. How long do you think Drew will stick with the show?

Drew actually has a built-in fan base judging by the popularity of his sitcom and game show. He has experience, thinks fast on his feet and is young enough he could work several years. I think it should work out well for all concerned. Try to develop a wait-and-see attitude before being so judgmental.

Yeah, Drew's not who I woulda picked, but he's damned sure better than Rosie O'Donnell. They should chosen another cool old guy... like Hugh Hefner or Billy Dee Williams.

I was pulling for John O'Hurley myself, he was on Seinfeld . He's pretty funny. Drew Carey kinda came out of left field I didn't see him coming.
