What I've noticed is that men are flattered by it and women are usually disgusted by it. The reason being that with a lot of people sex and masturbation are taboo topics. A lot of people do it but not many are willing to admit it or tell you how often they do. Me, I'd be flattered as hell, men or women, it increases my confidence to know both sides find me hot. Now if it was a fugly beast of a chick or man...I'd be afraid.
