You may not be familiar with the Supremacy Clause of the Constitution, Article VI, Clause 2:

"This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding."

Nothing supersedes the Constitution.

Bush isn't an American, he's the beast of the new world order.

Fascist pig needs to be imprisoned for his lies and treasonous actions against the Constitution.

The media are bought out by the same Master that is controlling Bush: the war industry. Our Constitution is just a "goddammed piece of paper" to these psychos. They don't care about our sovereignty. In fact our sovereignty only gets in the way of their agenda, which is to rule over the world.

No, the SPP does not supercede the constitution, in fact, it would gain legitimacy and enforceability only from the Constitutional power of the Federal government to make treaties with foreign governments (I believe that's a presidential power - don't remember if it requires ratification or if it's 'advice and consent' from the Congress).

I voted for Mr. Bush, but now I am very disappointed. This "super highway" is going to be a big problem. Not sure how it affects the Constitution, bt I think it will have a negative affect on our way of life....as we know it.
