No. Not all veterinarians are vegetarians. Just because they save and help animals from all over the world doesn't mean they can't eat animals. Some dislike the fact that people eat meat and other type of animal, but other veterinarians eat whatever they most likely want to eat.

Not at all.

There are 3 vets where I work, and none are veggie. Of the 5 nurses, 1 is vegan and that's it.

I think it's interesting that many vets aren't veggie because they've all done their stint in slaughter houses so they know just what goes on. I personally am not against eating meat, just the way we go about farming it.

I've met more human doctors who are vegetarians (or who eat very little meat) than veterinarians who are vegetarians. In fact, I've never met a vegetarian veterinarian--heh, I'd hate to be saying that instead of typing it! But I'm sure there are plenty of them out there.

Nope, some maybe, some not, like normal people!

I did an animal care course last year (not vetinary) and we had no veggies out of 60 people.

I wouldn`t know, I don`t take my dog to a vet very often. I have a friend who is an M.D. ( Human doctor) if my dog is `off colour` I usually take her to see him. ( He is a vegetarian)

I wouldn't say so.

All vets I know eat meat.

No we are not! What do you think that we do with the left overs from spaying and neutering?
