Does a standard Chevy warranty (I have a 60,000-mile warranty and I'm at 51K) cover the bulbs for my rear right turn signal that blew out yesterday?
I have a 2004 Cavalier.
Thanks.

Please call your local chevy dealership.Tell the service dept about your bulb problem. We had some problems with the rear brake and turn signal sockets. The dealer will tell you if your cavalier sockets are to be changed under warrenty. Hope this helps.

No, it does not cover such things as bulbs. If the trouble were due to an electrical issue, then you would be covered. I hope you understand the basis of this answer. Your warranty should spell it out for you, all the things that are covered and those that are not. Read it!

Bulbs, lights, etc. are only covered in the 12 month bumper to bumper warranty. I'm afraid that run out sometime in 2005.

the warranty only covers the stuff insurance would..but not bulbs...the warranty may cover the damages to your car if you don't go to an auto parts store and get some bulbs!

Nope - they dont cover wiper blades - tire wear - or any other regular maintenance that is required either.

Your talking about a 2.00 bulb and 4 screws.
No big deal - fix it yourself in 10 minutes
