ALL cheeses are my 'favorite' ... although we don't buy the 'really aromatic' (stinky) ones like limburger except on rare occasions, and I HATE the 'pasturized processed 'cheese food' that some people think is 'real cheese' ... but on most days my 'faves' are really 'blue' Gorgonzola, Triple Cream Brie, and Extra Sharp WHITE Cheddar ... all 'sliced' and served in a 'fan' around some fresh summer fruit like cherries, blueberries, peaches, nectarines, and kiwi. YUM! That's a REALLY GREAT LUNCH and I'm going to have it on Sunday!
