..has anyone under the age of 22 ever read a non-Harry Potter book? What do you think?

I'm 21 and I have read MANY non-Harry Potter books. Here is a short list for you.

Tuesdays with Morrie
The Hobbit
The Five People You meet in heaven
the notebook
chicken soup for the soul series
oliver twist

Obviously.

I'm under, I've read tons else. Only read up to Harry Potter and the Teenage Angst(aka:5).

This last month:
The Bewitchments of Love and Hate
The Enchantments of Flesh and Spirit
Good Omens
I can't remember past that...

A Language Older than Words is in the mail.

I love that category but I'm staying away for a while. I know what you mean. Earlier this morning I went through 5 pages before I found a question that was NOT about Harry Potter.

It's sad.
What's even more sad, is how quickly these kids will forget HP once his books stop coming out every year.

i'm 20 and i've read plenty of non-harry potter books. although i really love harry potter.

Yes. My kid hasn't been able to force herself to read any of them. She prefers other book that are shorter in comparison.
