my friend got her period a few months ago but she doesnt wear pads becuase she cant or they get srunched up and poke out her pants and she walks really wierd she cant wear tampons what should she do???
i swear this is my friend not me shes right next to me telling me what to write

I guess she will have to get used to using pads, unless she wants to deal with the problem till she's going thru menopause:) Pads are fairly small nowadays and they don't stick out... lol

I understand about not wearing tampons... they actually make me sick .. so if that's her problem with them i suggest not using them as they can cause serious issues.
If it's just uncomfortable then i probably will get better.
She will have to get used to wearing pads. There are many different sizes and types. perhaps she has only tried the thick ones or the extra long ones. Have her try smaller/thinner ones. Also they had thong pads now if that's her issue (how those work is beyond me).

Ok why hasnt anyone really looked at the shelves when they go during this time of the month. I used to use a little cup like device looks like a diaphram i believe its call a keeper-cup or the disposable cup called "Instead" they are flexable and easy to insert. there are also several others out there. disposable and reuseable. The only draw back is you have to practice getting it in the right place. I dont wanna tell you what happens if its not in right and you cough or sneeze. But they are great products.
And apparently since i just saw you added detail about trying to figure something out you didnt even read my post...to think i actually wasted my time telling you other options instead of everyone else who said "you have no choice" well YOU DO HAVE A CHOICE

she should wear pads if phys not able to instert/wear a tampon. have her try different pads till she finds one that fits her best. don't get the super thick ones bcse they do get scrunchy.
wear a thinner one that is absorbant. change often so they don't get wet or wicky feeling.
tell her when she's on her period to wear normal undies- bikini cuts no thongs or skimpy undies unless she gets used to tampons.
with tampons- try plastic applicators with tips. don't go super absorbancy either - they might feel too big - use regular ones

Well you have to use one or the other...maybe get skinnier pads or try using tampons (hurts the first time but not after that). you cant use anything else...they dont make anything else

she needs to wear pads. tell her to shop for different types of pads(there are so many) and find some that are comfortable. shell get used to them

get a different kind of pads.....and why would they stick out of her pants? do you wear booty shorts all the time? but anyway...just try a ultra thin pad...and change them often...i mean more than you should...but just try it
