My neighbors sell produce for a living , and dump all the waste in their backyard which is attached to my backyard. We are getting rodents and roaches in our home. Where can I report this?

Why would you be getting rodents and roaches in your home if the food is in their yard. Wouldn't the rodents and roaches live in their house to be closer to the grub. Chances are they are just composting and the roach and rodent problem is yours without any fault on their part or yours for that matter. Sometimes these things just happen. If you are really concerned and certain the problem is because of your neighbors, then talk to them.
Most people want to be helpful and maybe a different arrangement can be made. Good Luck.

That depends and, if you call the police you had better get your story right. Are the food scraps being dumped or buried? You use both verbs. You do not say whether the scraps are vegetable matter or animal matter. If the former, it's a simple way of composting and should cause no problems. If the latter, it is a health hazard. BTW, even a compost pile can attract ants, if it is kept too dry.

i would leave a note on there door or talk to them asking them to get a propper compose bin if they want to recyle there stuff!
Other then that it's their property you could call the housing authorities. but unless you can show proof of it being from them and it's is making your home un livable it may be a lost cause.. start at the source then move to law!

They are probably composting.

If you are indeed getting rodents and pests because of them (highly dubious, but can be) then let them know, so they can turn the pile more often or keep it in a container.

Call the city and report them.. That's a public health hazzard. Not to mention gross.. .If they wanted to compost they still need a container to keep it all in.. Good luck

Ask them to fix your problem or you will take the matter to the city and you can take them to small claims court to recover your damages such as pest control bill.
