The whole issue doesn't affect me. I don't have a uterus.

Now if we could just get other men to feel as you do, this might not be an issue! I just love it when men lead rabid Pro-Life groups and declare that women should take responsibility for their actions. As if a man had nothing to do with a woman getting pregnant. If a man doesn't want women to get abortions, then he should take responsibility and not get anyone pregnant.

Hy I do have a uterus and I don't understand the struggle over abortion. Legally it has been decided, morally I trust the discretion of the individual woman.

I don't like abortion, however nobody is forcing me to have one, so really why should I care?

There is no political struggle, its not a political issue, its a moral one. The only thing that can overturn Roe v Wade is a Constitutional Amendment, and that's not going to happen. The only reason we talk about it is to measure up candidate's morals.

And this issue could affect you very quickly if the condom breaks...

No, since abortion isn't a political issue to begin with, it is a medical issue. And it was setlled that women were allowed access to safe medical care.

Well, it certainly affects people you know and care about, and whether they will have their rights taken away from them because some people want a backwards theocracy.

It's your choice. Something that should never be taken away from any human.

Nope. As a US citizen, you get to care as much or as little as you want. :)
