Cut a deeper screwdriver slot with a dremel tool and cut off wheel. Or, you can get them started a little by using a center punch and hammer, until you can get a vise-grip on them.
Be persistant- there are lots of ways to beat those screws. I like the dremel trick best.

Hire a Theif, just kidding, You will need to grind the screw heads off with a weld grinder, don't use a cut off torch. Be sure to wet the area down and keep a spray bottle of water with you incase the wood gets to dry. get some one to help you. See if the neighbors or a house reclaim center will buy them off of you.

You should be able to go to your local hardware store and purchase a special drill bit that you can drill through the screw and take the screw out. Its like for when you have a stripped screw and cant get it out it just keeps turning. I know I got my dad some for x-mas once but I cant remember the name of them.

First, right-click on it to see if you get any options or a warning. If you get a warning, I suggest you go into Safe Mode and immediately run your antivirus program. If you are not familiar with Safe Mode: Turn your PC on or Restart. As soon as you see the black and white screen, press and hold the F8 key. Continue holding until you see a black and white menu. Safe Mode is F3 or F5. Click Start, Programs, run your AV program, install, uninstall, whatever. When it is finished, Restart. You will probably find your icons messed up. No biggee. Drag them back into place.
