flat chested?

hi. im 18 yrs old , a black female , about 110 lbs and 5'5'' ..ok my hips and butt are pretty big to be 110 pounds but i am very flat chested i mean like i wear a size 34a and it does not even fit. im embarrassed and though dubbed 'sexy' i dont like to take off my top while around a boy

though im still a virgin.

my question is, will my breasts grow. any exercises to help achieve growth. will sex help? weight gain? ..cream

lmfao i am oh so desperate! i heard about 'late bloomers' but i seriously dont think it will happen for me. you? HELP feedback lol

I'm very flat chested too, and when I was your age I worried about it all the time! I would go out of my way to get padded bathing suits, bras and everything else to help myself look bigger! Well, it has been a few years since I have been worried about it. My best guy friends tell me that big boobs are fun the first couple of time but then they just get in the way! Most guys are totally happy with a handful, and trust me I don't even have that and my boyfriend loves all of me! But if you are really worried about it, I definitely suggest trying a Victoria's Secret "Very Sexy" bra. They are miracle workers! And they also have bathing suits just like the "Very Sexy" bras! They are only slightly padded, but they push up even the littlest bit you may have! I swear by these bras! And hopefully you will eventually overcome your fear of being smaller chested! It's not a bad thing! My girlfriends tell me they would kill to fit into the tops I can buy!! Look at all the positives, no back pain, cute tops, small frame! Hun really there are guys out there who like a butt and could care less about boobs!! You just gotta gain the confidence and find the right boy!

I'm in the same boat as you my friend except the fact that I will soon turn 17. I just want to say, because of the fact that you are so thin nobody probably even pays attention to the fact you are flat chested. Since you are short and so slim, it won't look out of proportion. However, I'm 5'8 and an average sized female, making my proportions look extremely off. If you are really worried about it you cold go speak with your doctor about it. Unfortunately , no there are no certain foods or pills that will increase breast growth, I've searched for years for this answer! Some people claim the contraception pill will increase breast size, but in general it just makes you gain weight and your boobs may become "bloated" so to speak. If you we're to go back off the pill, you would more than likely loose these benefits anyways. I would worry about it too much as you are still young and have plenty of more time to grow. I agree with looking around at the females in your families as a slight indication. This is not always the case as my mother is the only person in my family who would be considered small, and then you have me who is as flat as a board. There is no way to say why they are or are not growing, it's all down to genetics. You may be a late bloomer, one day you could wake up with a full chest. It happens. For now I would say go speak with your doctor if you're really worried and you could get a hormone test done to see if you are lacking hormones if your doctor thinks its necessary. Or in the mean time , learn to dress in a way that compliments the figure you do have! From a fellow , but older flat chested girl, I wish you the best!

i've read several times that your breasts can grow until you're 24...you've got 6 more years so keep you're hopes up!! also, not that i'm suggesting you gain weight neccesarily but just as an fyi i'm a 21 year old and in the past 2 years i've gained about 15 pounds and gone up at least a cup size. so if you think you'd feel comfortable with 10 more pounds on you it's worth a try. that being said, it sounds like you have a really nice body so try not to focus so much on what you don't have, and focus more on what you do have! big butts are in these days anyway right?! lol
ps. do yourself a favor and go to victoria's secret or a department store and get measured for a bra that fits you right. i dragged my friend with me who swore there was no bra small enough for her lol and she ended up being suprised and found a size that fits.

Your chest will catch up with the rest of you... There's a reason that the phrase "late bloomers" is so well known. Be patient, your breasts will grow. If you're athletic, this will slow things down. If you're so worried about it, go to the doctor and ask to be put on a BCP (birth control pill) - the pill is known for the side affect of making breasts bigger (not much, but a little).

Breasts grow until a woman is in her 20s. (Mine grew when I was in college). There is nothing you can do to make them bigger. They are going to be the size they were meant to be. There are no creams or pills or anything that would nake them larger. They might get a little bigger with weight gain, but so will everything else. Be happy with who you are.

i know what you mean. im 13 though . i think im a 34 a too . but i wear padded bras that are 36a i regret it cause its annoying wearing them all the time cause ppl would start to talk. drink milk. it makes mussles stronger and that helps them grow . women stop growing wen they are 21 22 23 24 early 20s sex wont do anything i know that.
