It's German for "I'm called" or "My name is". It's not actually a B either, it's a special German character that I can't recall the name for. You can also type it "Ich heisse", which is a more accurate transliteration.

Ich heiße means I am called, or My name is.
(the B is a ß which makes a "ss" sound )

It means 'I am called' or used to say 'My name is' so if your name were Jack you would say 'Ich heisse Jack.'
