milk because it goes into and with so many things. yogurt a close second...i could totally live without cheese...i hate the stuff.

Why? All of the varieties of flavors and textures....cream cheese, cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, Lorraine swiss......
Cheese is good for you and has calcium.
