You and your husband have the possibility of being AA or AO, therefore, your child could be:
AA = A
AO = A
OO = O (Only possible if your husband and you have AO)
Same with pos and neg - you possibly could have ++ or +-, but your husband is --, so the baby could have a positive or negative Rh factor - odds are it will be positive.
Perhaps I should explain further.
Blood Phenotype = A, B, and O. It takes two Phenotypes to make up a blood type. When they test for blood type, you only get the dominant Phenotype unless you are O or AB. So,
A is dominant over O
B is dominant over O
Only two O's can produce O.
An A and a B produces AB.
AA = Type A
AO = Type A
BB = Type B
BO = Type B
AB = Type AB
OO - Type O
Your child will receive half of his/her makeup from you and 1/2 from your husband so if you are AA and your husband is AA or AO then the child will have type A blood. If you are AO and your husband is AA then the child will still have type A blood. Same if both of you are AA. But, if you are AO and your husband is AO there is a possibility that the child will have type A or type O blood. The same goes for Rh factor as positive is dominate over negative. Your husband is neg/neg as that is the only way to produce an Rh negative factor. You, on the other hand, could be pos/neg or pos/pos. Therefore, the child could be pos/neg and have a positive Rh factor or neg/neg and have a negative Rh factor. If you really want a conclusive answer you are going to have to find out what blood type you and your husband's parents have.

The possible combinations ONLY include A+ and O+. This is based on your positive being dominant, so any offspring you have will be positive. The letter part depends on both you and the father. If both of you are recessive carriers of the O blood type (Ao and Ao), then there is a 1 in 4 chance of producing an O+ baby. But there is a 3 in 4 chance of making an A+ baby. If either of the parents are NOT recessive carriers of the O blood type, then all babies will be A+. Hope that didn't get too confusing, was trying to skip over alot of steps.

Some of the answers people give are ridiculous. There is no way of knowing who has the dominant gene. If the male always had the dominant gene then every new baby would be born a boy and would always carry ever trait that was associated with the male. Your baby will carry the dominant blood type which can't be determined. Although, if you wanted to know what it is you can find out now if you request the blood work to be done by your Doctor. This is usually done in paternity cases not just for curiosity.

simple genetics. If you are Ao+ and he is ao- your kids will be AA, AO, or OO. If you are heterozygous positive, the kid will have a 50% chance of being positive. If you are homozygous positive, the kid will definitely be heterozygous positive. Also, if either of you are homozygous AA, the child will have blood type A, fifty percent homozygous. Make sense? Please, if you do not know genetics, don't answer this question. The child will NOT absolutely be + (if the mother is heterozygous). The guy below me is an absolute moron. He has no idea how dominance works. Bottom line: your child will be A or possibly O. It may be + or - depending on homozygosity.

and as for the RH factor thats only if Your the A- if hes the A- then nothing to worry about.
EDIT- thank mary L my aunt was A- and her hubby was A+ and their 3 kids 2 are A- and ones A+. i agree with u 100%
if you dont take my advice listen to her!

dont know but you need to be tested for the rh factor negative and positive blood dont mix it can kill your baby please mention this to your obgyn asap
