In 1995, I was 15. It was kinda new then, and very primative.
I remember the first chat program I was using then too, IRC, lol I would use the mIRC network.
It was also easy to find who the ppl where that you were chatting with, there was basically not a lot of protection. All you had to do was type in a string of code in a chat program and include the handle of the person and you could basically find out everything from their names to phone numbers, lol.
