How do you know whether you have a talent for an instrument?

i have been playing the bass guitar for 2 weeks and i have been told that i am good. How do you know if you have a talent for an instrument?

First, I try it out. Plus, it helps if you already know how to play an instrument similar to the one you want to learn to play. Most of the time....it just comes natural to me. I love teaching myself how to play new instruments! I play the piano, violin, viola, cello, bass, guitar, and drums so far!

You just pratice and play at your church, in frint of your family, or just in front of people. If they say you're good then you must have talent.
