Not really, why would you?
It helps boot applications faster, but if you delete them, Windows will boot faster, but every time you boot up an application, like Word for example, it adds those files again. Its only really to be deleted if you have a problem booting and such.

why not, just do a reboot after wards, you PC might even runn a little faster while it recreates them!
