I'm not American and I need to know what are the prices of the adsl service in USA

Prices vary by state/city etc.. We don't have government controlled PTT here.
You pay for the "ADSL pipe" and in some cases you pay extra for the Internet service.
With Qwest, my Dad pays ~$20/month for 1.5Mbps download service and gets his Internet service from MSN for no extra $. If he wanted to use a different ISP he could, but he'd have to pay them for that. We looked into to sticking with his previous ISP (front range internet) but that would cost him another $20/month.
Qwest then bundles that with telephone long distance so his total telecommunications cost went down vs his old dial-up with FRII and old Qwest phone service.
Qwest = local telephone company in Colorado.

It costs about 15 dollars to 30 dollars. Depends on the speed of the conenction.
