No, you never want to bath a rabbit. It's much too stressful on them. You can brush & comb her to get her clean, but never put her into water. All the best;~)

Rabbits don't really need baths, but yes, you can bathe her. Try using a damp towel and run it over her fur. Do not put her in a tub or bucket of water. There are rabbit soaps you can use.

I would not advise bathing bunny. Even an occasional bath is quite stressful to the average rabbit. If she is dirty in a spot, just clean that spot with a damp rag/sponge. Soap is generally not needed. But if you need a little soap, try a soap that's made for babies.

The House Rabbit Society says no because it's too traumatic for the rabbit. We took our rabbit to a vet for fur mites and he said to give the rabbit baths in Mane and Tail shampoo. it's for horses, but helped with the mites. our rabbit doesn't mind being bathed and we're careful to keep him warm til he dries off.

You should never submerse a rabbit in water. They can easily have a heart attack. If they're especially dirty you can spot clean them with a washcloth. If they're got a messy bottom a dry butt bath is your best bet.

not really. its quite difficult aswell coz they kick about and flick water every where. you can buy 'foam soap' which i use on my bunnys. squirt a bit in your hand (its a bit like mousse or shaving cream) and then just massage it gently into your bunnys fur. thats it. no need to rinse, and they are lovely and clean and smell good after too!
