I believe Garnett has had about enough where he is and would like to be traded. The Suns appear to be his first choice but he would go elsewhere if the team and price was right. I still wouldn't rule out a Garnett and Koby get together if the Lakers can come up with something.

the best chance they had of trading Garnett was before the draft, when the picks were actually worth something. Now that the draft is over, Kevin McHale has really screwed himself...AGAIN. Potentially, the players they wanted in the draft belong to other teams and now they have to try to make a deal w/ a team that has the right combination of young talent and cap space to take on Garnett's contract.
Potentially, Golden State is still looking like they have a good shot of getting him. the combination of Brandon Wright, Al Harrington, Mickael Pietrus might get it done. The Wolves wanted Monta Ellis at one point, but i dont think that is going to happen. However, the Warriors are talking trade w/ the Heat. Pietrus for James Posey. If that goes down, I don't know if GS will make the move for Garnett.

If it werent for Garnett's huge contract, he would have been traded this year for sure. But because of that, he wasnt traded because the salaries have to match.
Anyways, the only team that i think is a perfect fit for him is Chicago. Why? because he is the final piece to the puzzle for chicago. All the bulls need is a dominant low post scorer and garnett is the man for the job. By acquiring Garnett the bulls will probably have the best front line in the NBA, with Wallace and Garnett. Thats offense and defense right there. The downside of this trade is that the bulls will probably have to give up someone like Deng or Gordon plus add some bench players like sefolosha or joakim noah with draft picks.
In the end, if chicago can make this happen, they still have an excellent lineup with Wallace and Garnett at C and PF. Tyrus Thomas at SF, Hinrich at SG and Duhon at PG. believe me they will go far in the playoff and maybe even win the title.
Hope this helps

Well his contract is pretty big (22 million) So he either gets traded to a team with a lot of money on them or if the other team matches his value.. I looked up on the trade machine that if phoenix would trade Amare and diaw or marion and raja bell would work with the NBA trading rules. If he isn't traded this year then he's gonna op out of another contract with Minnesota and go into the free agency that is already going to be full of stars.

ive followed this situation very closely. it appears that KG will end up on 1 of 3 teams: minnesota, phoenix, and golden state.
ive been hearing that GS is the front runner and that a deal is actually in place, we just have to wait until august 6 to announce the trade with ellis and brandan wright and harrington as the main pieces with add in fillers to match salary. there is a reason why brandan wright signed so early and that he was held out of SL due to a "hip flexor" or it could be mullin wants to protect wrights trade value because minny might pull out if wright performed poorly or if he got hurt.

Not this year. Too many hurdles to overcome and no players/draft choices or options for the Wolves to even consider a trade. There are players out there and teams that want K.G., but the politics and money will keep it from happening.

Im undecided Paul has some hazard of being traded. Ray allen is kinda growing to be previous yet its maximum possibly he will retire with the Celtics and the comparable with Kevin Garnet. i could be incorrect you in no way understand. merely like the Nets enormous 3 RJ, Vince carter and Jason Kidd chop up up theres some hazard the Celtics enormous 3 could. You in no way understand. wish this permits Adam

KG has already daid he doesn't want to be traded. Mchale needs to build a team around him. KG is jus too loyal to this underacheiving franchise he should have demanded a trade years ago.
