You need to place the images on your websites with your name associated with the images.
There are 3 ways to do this and I would use all of them.
That way the search engines will pick up on it more easily.
1. Have some text next to the image e.g. "This is an image of Sistahnedra".
2. Use your name as the name of the image when you upload it e.g. 'Sistahnedra.jpg' and
3. Use the 'alternate text ' associated with the image properties e.g. 'This is an image of Sistahnedra'

You do not upload images to the search engines. Get the search engines to crawl your site and index the pages. They will find all the images that are linked in your pages.

Great question! You must first publish the images to your website, and the search engines will index your site (and thus your pictures).

It's also important to optimize your pictures, really your entire site for that matter, for favorable indexing and search result placement.
