sqrt ( 75a^2) / sqrt (5)

now
sqrt (75a^2) = sqrt ( 25*5*a^2)
but sqrt(25a^2)= 5a

hence sqrt (75a^2) = 5a sqrt(5)

so
sqrt(75a^2)/sqrt(5) = 5a sqrt(5)/sqrt(5) = 5a
