I like them all. Bruford has the best technique, dynamics, and control on a drumkit of the three. I feel Neil has the best ideas and the coolest approach to how he constructs his drum parts. Carl Palmer has the most unique style and varied playing of them.
I'll go with Neil since I like Rush's music the most, but they're all great drummers, and musicians.

I like listening to them all. But as a favorite I would choose either Neil Peart or Bill Bruford more leaning for neil peart because bill does not show off that much

Neil Peart beats anyone (except Buddy Rich, of course)
He's got great techniques. I love Rush, it's the best band ever and Neil makes it the best band :)

Bill bruford hands down he was trained in Jazz and does some really mentally simulating jazz/rock:Yes,King Crimson and he has done some sweet stuff with tony Levin,below I'll leave some songs that are high caliber

Neil Peart is superior to all the rest, plus Rush is still the better band no matter what the critics think.
