Masturbation or partnet intercourse?

I would like to know if there is any differece between masturbation by myself and intercourse with a partner as effects and in the better words side effects on my body or PSYCHE ?
maybe you say no, they are same but why after masturbation I feel so weakness,fatigue,and depression,anxiety,etc?but after sex with my girl friend Im full of energy and manic!!!?
if you know why, please now tell me a best cure for my previous masturbation symptombs?

You are feeling the stigmas society has about masturbation. Let your self go and be uninhibited about it. Sex with a partner is good but there are things you can do to yourself that a partner can't. Masturbation just may be better.

Wouldnt partner intercourse be better. I mean after all, not only are you pleasing yourself, but your making her feel just as good. Thats the reason why you feel like you have more engery when you are with your girl. You are making the both of you reach cloud 9.

No, You feel weak because you think in this way, our surroundings and everything says that masturbation makes man weak, but one man wants ejaculation and no gf?? then?
It is a need and it is like "your waste" going out from body, Don't consider it weakness, since it is like you have done a hard job and your whole body is now getting relaxed, enjoy that "specific time"

That's something I've wondered myself. I think personally from an evolutionary perspective your body is kicking your a*s for not doing something to widen the gene pool (that is having kids!) Kind of like period pain in a woman is her body kicking her a*s for not getting pregnant that month.
Strangely enough, after I had kids this seemed to decrease in difference a lot. Guess my body decided I had done my duty.
