open in paint and save as a jpeg is the easiest solution ...

Is this the AOL forum? Many answers, many ways to get there. Mine suggestion is to do a search on the internet. Search for either jpg or jpeg along with the words "convert format" and you should get the help you need with the same result.

JPG and JPEG are the same thing.
Most paint programs can open up a file and if you do a "save as" you can save it in a different format.
As far as JPEG goes, just rename it from .jpg to .jpeg, or the other way 'round. Most programs use .jpg now.

jpg is the same as jpeg...
download a program thatll let u do that.

Adobe Photoshop, Paint, GIMP, IrfanView.....just do a Save As to whatever you'd like.
