My own creation. I call it the Kitchen Sink salad, everything is in it but the kitchen sink. Jicama, Gorgonzola, celery, bell peppers, black olives, artichoke hearts, carrots, red bell pepper, vidalia onions, baby spinach, romaine, butter lettuce, cabbage...you name it, it's in there. I did it to get my kids to eat salad, I figured the couldn't hate EVERYTHING in it and I was right.

A tasty Grilled Chicken salad w/ all the essential veggies in it. Green peppers, black olives, carrots, cucumbers, etc etc. All topped off with Ranch Dressing! YAY!
