bootleg copies available anywhere underground now a days but the legit copy probably won't come out for Hairspray until maybe November, if not sooner especially if the movie sinks at the box office

In the black market. Many pore countries have a black market and many places in America have streets where they sell illegal copyrighted goods. I would suggest NY,NY for America. The only problem with those are that they burned them their selves. They may not be in the best quality.
