Unfortunately for her, she is following the path trod my numerous former child stars when they cannot handle growing up and no longer being a child and a center of attention for GOOD things. Her last 3 movies sucked and no one really wants to work with her because of chronic lateness etc.
This is her 2nd arrest, she will get jail time. Hope she gets help before it is too late.

I think jail and mandatory rehab for a few years and a lot of probation. The justice system should not be easy on celebs or famous people, that's not the way the system was set up to work. EVERY MAN IS CREATED EQUAL.

She probably drinks her self silly because of the press causing her depression. I really am more concerned about the real news not being as much of an issues on our major news networks as these young celebrities. They are just acting like the rest of the country's youth at the same ages.

i think that Lindsey lohan should go to jail for few years to learn her lesson .. i like her act in her movies but in reality she sure screw it up by arrested and problems at nightclubs about over boys or girls so dump her in jail for a while so but Paris Hilton is so sissy for short term jail come on rich young stars always involved with drugs better not to end up like river Phoenix or other dead stars in past

I agree that she needs to suffer some serious consequences this time. She is going to hurt either herself or someone else. She apparently thinks she is above the law and/or invisible, because she continues to make the same mistakes.

Jail sounds good. i know she hasn't done anything to put her away for too long, but we could make something up. We should also not let her in anymore movies, television, advertising, etc. Get her out of the spot light.

Hard to tell. Jail time maybe, but that is probably just a temporary answer. She needs INTENSE, non "celebrity" rehab and counseling in addition to that. Even that is questionable.
