That's the caffeine. Younger kids should NEVER drink those kinds of drinks and adults should limit how much of it they consume. There are now warning labels on some of the "energy" drinks.

That's because when you drink red bull, your body starts using it's energy reserves. When it runs out, you "come down" and feel grumpy. Red bull and other "uppers" do not GIVE you energy, they just make you use up all of your own in a short period of time. So it's like borrowing energy from yourself.

It does make me grumpy because Red Bull promise me wings so every time i drink some i climb up onto my roof and jump off expecting to be able to fly but I currently have a 0% success rate

nope...actually the drink has been made only to boost ur adrenaline and increase salivatation.. so u shudden be feeling grumpy after drinkin it...unless u really are grumpy

no, nor do i feel this "crash" i keep hearing about. drinking a red bull only keeps my eyes from feeling heavy at work or it let's me think more clearly when i've got a buzz from drinking things other than red bull.

Man...Red Bull tastes like crap. Try a Starbuck's doubleshot expresso....mucho better...
