yes. if a person were to have a class in which they studied and paid attention to body language they would be able to have an idea what they are thinking or feeling. law enforcement types are trained in this or at least claims are made this is done. the Secret Service does this as well. and others illegally acess the information of someone's computer. or like this site collect personal information which in a way results in mind reading.advertisers and propagandists use the technique of finding out what people are likely to buy then convince them to buy the product so to speak. military strategists use the maxim know your enemy. which means figure out how that enemy thinks. though if the point is not to really know your enemy as to fully know the enemy would be to make a friend. then there would be no enemy.

When you know a person very well, sometimes you just know what they are thinking. And sometimes you can finish their sentences. And sometimes you can dream something about someone and it'll come true, and sometimes you can feel that something bad is gonna happen before it does...I have had all of this happen to me, but never have I been able to read someones mind and personally I wouldn't want to.

not so much read thier minds as read thier body language, tone of voice and character to decipher what they will probably say or be thinking.

Maybe predict what they will do/how they will respond because I know their mannerisms, but not read their minds.

when it comes to somebody close to you I think we all have the abilty to know what they are thinking. You have been around that person for so long that you know their likes and dislikes that when in a certain situation you know what they are thinking

Yes. Once you know a person long enough you can predict what they are thinking.
