I don't know how they would. You can't even feel tampons, they shouldn't make you sexually aroused.

Horny??? Tell her to get a vibrator. That is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. I've been using tampons since I was 17 (I'm now 30). The first time you use them might feel a little weird but when you get it in there the right way you shouldn't feel a thing. God bless whoever invented tampons, I will NEVER go back to maxi pads.

I know that tampons do not make me feel that way at all. If put in properly you should'nt be able to feel them at all. I have never heard of anyone say that they get horny from a tampon. You might feel slight discomfort when you use your first one, but you will get used to it. :)

They don't make me horny. They don't hurt or feel weird at all. And I like them better than pads.
I guess if she's just freaky, sexually speaking, maybe. But I kind of doubt it.
And seriously, buy your own tampons, honey. Don't make your friend buy them for you. Not her responsibility.
