Not always. Often what I really mean is " I want to see you happy and I won't interfere because I really love you."

Sometimes...usually, not so much. It's more of a "I don't feel like making a decision so you do what you want". It especially happens in the context of deciding where to go for dinner...it gets to the point where we can't agree and I just say "YOU PICK. As long as you're happy, I'm happy.".

Yes--I am not really sure of what I want in life so when I see other people that are happy I like to take those feelings as my own--So when they are happy I am happy~

Yes, but committing to it is something else. So, I don't say it like that anymore, and I don't expect my partnert to feel that way, because words really mean nothing. Plus, being happy when your partner is happy is too dependent on them. I would feel too much responsibility on my shoulders if your happiness is dependent on me.

It's better to be content spending time together, than expect happiness to see happiness.

That usually means I don't approve, believe disaster is eminent as an outcome, but the person is so hard-headed that I'd be wasting my time debating the issue further.
