Depends. I did live in a haunted house. I knew who the ghost was tho. He was watching the house. My husband traveled and I was never afraid when the kids and I were alone. He had worked there when it was a farm and had somehow been killed when he was in the barn. My dogs wern't afraid of him either. I kept our intercom on at night so I could hear when the kids came in after their dates. One night he just kept slamming doors so I turned off the intercom. (It was halloween night) The next night before I went up to bed I just said "Dan, we're watching the house now, and everything is ok". We never heard him again. When we sold the house I was asked by the Real Estate people if the house was haunted, and we had to answer truthfully that it was, or we could be sued if they found out differently. Mine was a good ghost, if you have a demon or a bad ghost---you got a problem. Call a reputable "Ghost hunter", or your Minister or Priest.

l'll ask a clairvoyant for help and then a priest to have the house blessed. That's how haunted houses are "treated" in my country.
