There are a few options - waterview will cost you, but check these out:

Boston Harbor Hotel: http://bhh-px.rtrk.com/meetings.htm

Intercontinental Hotel: http://www.intercontinentalboston.com/meetings/

http://www.marriott.com/hotels/event-planning/travel/boslw-boston-marriott-long-wharf/

Seaport Hotel Boston: http://boston-meeting-planning.seaportboston.com/SeaBos/Meetings/default.asp?SHID=40438331066855.92

All of these hotels will have what you need, but the price may be high. If you want to lower the cost, start looking at hotels away from the waterfront (Fairmont, Langham, Starwood, etc).

Depending on your budget there are some like the Seaport or the Marriott in that location.

I would suggest calling the Boston Convention and Visitors Bureau. When I used to do conferences here they were always the best info source. They can give you a list of places, tell you who to talk to, and provide photos to go into any brochures you are making.

You could rent the Fleet Center. Sorry, now I’m being serious, how about looking into the Westin - Located in 425 Summer Street in south Boston, it’s less than three miles from Logan International Airport.

The Marriott Long Wharf is right in Boston and will be able to do that...but they are pricey...There is another Marriott in Waltham MA with a nice hall and a nice view of the Charles river...Maybe try them...

You need to rent out a banquet room at a large hotel, no restaurant would usually do that, for that many hours.
