Next time she gets something that you want, even money, take it and say stop being so selfish, if she says something about it, say its urs now to pay back for the 100-200 dollars she took from you.

That really depends on whether your family needs the money or not. If that money was the sole reason you didn't get evicted or utilities turned off, be grateful of that. If it was used to pay a credit card bill because the family doesn't live within their means, that is not your problem. Tell your aunt and let her intervene on your part.

Call your aunt, tell her what's up & have her send your card to a friends house for you next year!
That is very wrong of your mother. When her birthday comes, take all of her presents & tell her to stop being selfish, you need them more than she does.

I would tell your aunt to not bother getting you anything since you aren't allowed to have it. If its a birthday gift to you then its your money. Your mom should be supporting you if you are underage and still a child. You are not responsible to take of your mother. She has responsibilities she needs to take care of.

i would tell your aunt not to send you anymore money for your birthday, but a gift card instead, so your mom cant take it from you. i would also tell your aunt why you choose not to have cash, and put your mom on the spot, that'll stop her from taking your birthday money.

Tell your aunt about the situation, and see if the aunt and your mom can work it out.

If your mom is using it to pay bills let her have it and dont make her feel bad about taking it! It's not like she's taking to and going out to party. That is a common thing for parents to do. Be happy that you can help them out. I'm sure they wouldnt take it if they didnt need it.
