I weird boobs :(?

Well im 14 and my boobs look terrible
they're pointy and they look kind of saggy
its like the bottom half of my boobs is not growing
does anyone know if this is normal?

It probably is normal. Breasts grow at different rates and will KEEP growing until you are in your 20s. Don't worry. they will, more than likely, become "normal".
