Dancers must be at least 18 years of age. Cheerleaders must be at least 16 years of age as of June 23, 2007. If participants are under the age of 18, a completed parental permission form is required prior to tryout.

We'll based on the fact that you can't be in the NBA as a player until your 19. I would assume that you cant be any younger than 18 as a dancer.

Probably. I know a girl who is 17 who is a cheerleader.
Anyway, You don't have to be 18 you have to BE and good cheerleader and dancer.

yea its 18 i mean the nba doesnt want to promote thoughts of stagetory rape into fans minds right?
it feel strange seeing some 40 year old eyeballing someone who he thought was 18 and it turns out shes just a sophmore in highschool.

most are 18 - 25 years of age

Im not sure but i think you can take it as a profession nowadays but i know they learn in school so im guessing its something like 16 when you can start trainging properly.
